OTTAWA — A two-year-old was treated at Ransom Memorial Hospital and released Monday afternoon. Ottawa police said Elizabeth Elston, 23, Ottawa; was driving east on Fifth Street when she struck a vehicle driven by Johnny Roehl, 33, Ottawa; who was going south on Cedar. The two-year-old was a passenger in the Roehl vehicle and received minor injuries, police said.
