Franklin County announced 31 new cases of COVID 19 and one more death yesterday, bringing the total active cases to 192. Robbins says at the moment, it’s like the calm before the storm. In this case, a storm of surging COVID cases caused by the Thanksgiving Holiday travel and gatherings.
