The Franklin County Health Department continues to get questions and confusion about the new Quarantine Rules for COVID 19. Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, went over the Guidelines with the County Commissioners:
Robbins adds that it is very difficult to keep kids at home when they are under Quarantine Orders and it is important for parents to understand the importance of not letting the students out of the house during this time.
