The Ottawa Recreation Commission has had a strong presence in Ottawa for decades. Recently, the ORC hired a new director. Levi Meyer came on about two months ago and is still learning a lot. However, he is no stranger to Ottawa, having been here three years. He says the ORC has a chance to affect ever single person in Ottawa:
