GARNETT — An Ottawa man is the new Anderson County engineer. Before becoming the county engineer recently, Paul Moss worked four years for Taylor Design Group of Ottawa where he worked on several Franklin County road and box culvert projects. Moss told the Anderson County Review that he wants to continue the progress made by previous engineer Donna Schmitt on fixing the county’s roads and bridges. Moss said his most immediate goal is to get to know people in the area.
