Governor Laura Kelly is urging Congress to prioritize and pass a Second Economic Relief Package as soon as possible. News that they are close to an agreement is welcome news, but it is long overdue and needs to get done. She says Kansas families have been left to deal with the consequences of their stalling and squabbling:
Yesterday, Congress was finalizing a package that included a second stimulus check for Americans, as well as additional help to businesses and more jobless benefits.
