Franklin County expects to receive the first shipment of Moderna COVID 19 vaccine today or tomorrow. Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, says the County must follow the State’s Phase Structure for administering the vaccine:
What is known is that the vaccine won’t be available to the general public for several months and Robbins emphasizes that it is vitally important to continue following COVID Guidelines and, as hard as it may be to do, not gather in large groups during the holidays.
