The American economy has suffered greatly during the COVID 19 pandemic, but for whatever reason, there is a homebuilding boom in rural parts of Franklin County. County Commissioner Don Stottlemire had some figures provided to him by the County Planning and Building Department:
Stottlemire says he has noticed a lot of building in his area, a good sign that part of the economy remains robust.
