The City of Ottawa will hold its final Study Session of the year today. One item on the Agenda is adding 22 residential properties to the Neighborhood Revitalization Program. City Manager Richard Nienstedt, says the Program is very good and , for the average person:
Other items on the Agenda, include an Ordinance Amending the South 59 Tax Increment Finance District, a Community Development Block Grant Application and Commission Reorganization.
