OTTAWA — The city of Cttawa wants to be your friend. The city has its own site on Facebook. More often, people are using social networking sites such as Facebook to keep in touch, and city manager Richard Nienstedt said the city’s move to Facebook reflects that and is another way for the city to communicate with people.
