The Franklin County Health Department reported 120 new COVID cases on Thursday night and, unfortunately, one more death. With cases on the rise and the first shipment of the vaccine received Wednesday, Interim Director Nick Robbins says they are taking calls to be put on the COVID 19 Vaccination List.
