A local education connection for a new police officer on the Ottawa Police Force. A program at Ottawa High School called “Law, Public Safety and Security”, or LPSS. Jacob Richards is the first four year graduate of the program and Ottawa Police Chief Adam Weingartner couldn’t be happier:
The class recently expanded to include fire training as well and is benefiting the Ottawa Fire Department.
