The Franklin County Commission has approved some Annual Year End Fund Transfers. County Administrator, Derek Brown, says his work with County Clerk, Janet Paddock, on the Budget since 2017 has paid off big time:
Brown noted that some projects have been paid for in cash because of the County’s strong budget position.
