The Franklin County Commission has approved an agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation for a study of local roads. Public Works Director David Lee, says it’s all about safety:
Lee says K-DOT wants all counties in Kansas to participate in the study, so Franklin County’s acceptance is guaranteed.
