A new surge of positive COVID 19 cases reported by the Franklin County Health Department yesterday. There were 139 new cases reported since December 30th, bringing the total number of active cases to 178. There are times where the numbers reported by our County doesn’t matchup with the numbers reported by the State; however, Interim Health Director Nick Robbins, says he spends a lot of time making sure the numbers reported are accurate:
The County is reporting the total number of cases as 1,834, the State reports Franklin County as having a total of 1,883.
