Ottawa City Manager Richard Nienstedt has had an extra year added to his contract with the City. City Attorney Blaine Finch told commissioners that Nienstedt provides a lot of leadership for the City, particulatly through the COVID pandemic:
Nienstedt’s new contract will run through October 2023.
