OTTAWA — Ottawa police said they had to referee a three-way fight late Saturday night in the 700 block of Tremont. Police said Holli Powers, 22, Ottawa; Joe Bowen, Jr., 37, Ottawa; and a 12-year-old Ottawa girl were involved. The case has been forwarded to the county attorney’s office, the police said.
