OTTAWA — An Ottawa child got to shoot off fireworks late Saturday night. His father got to grab a ticket from Ottawa police. Police said Edward Freitag, 39, of Ottawa was cited for unlawful discharge of fireworks in the 800 block of East Seventh Street.
