BURLINGTON — The second annual Coffey Health System Rehabilitation Week 5K Walk-Run will be Sept. 25. On-line registration is available at coffeyhealth.org or at the Burlington Recreation Center, Coffey County Hospital, or any Coffey Health System Clinic. T-shirts will be given to all pre-registered participants, and while supplies last on race day. Awards will be presented in a variety of age groups.
