RICHMOND — A 19-year-old Paola man was killed in a one-vehicle accident northeast of Richmond sometime before 5 a.m. Undersheriff Steve Lunger said Jeffrey Belt was driving west in the 3100 block of Cloud Road when his vehicle left the road for some unknown reason and rolled over. Deputies were summoned to the scene shortly after 5 this morning.
