OTTAWA — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County says there is a free lunch – and you’re invited. The event, called “Little Moments, Big Magic” will be noon on Sept. 29 and last an hour. Organizer Meg Hooper-Pearson said the free lunch is open to anyone. The lunch seeks to explain the group’s mission and how people can help the youth in the community, she said.
