OTTAWA — A 37-year-old Ottawa woman told Ottawa police that her vehicle was burglarized and items stolen Monday night as it was parked in the 100 block of South Elm. Ottawa police said vehicle burglaries have been a problem in recent months and urge you to lock your vehicles when you park it and hide valuables.
