The Osage County Sheriff’s Office Investigators have been conducting an investigation, regarding the Online Solicitation of a Child by an Adult. On Thursday, Osage county Sheriff’s Office Special Enforcement Unit, took an adult male into custody who had made plans to meet with someone he believed to be a 15 year old child. Chad Ropar, of Topeka, was taken into custody, without incident, and booked into the Osage County Jail, on Suspicion of Electronic Solicitation of a Child and Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
