OTTAWA — Police arrested a 19-year-old Ottawa man Sunday evening in connection with a broken window in a business building in the 400 block of South Main Street.
Phillip Guyle was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property. Ottawa police said the incident appears to be random and there was no indication that Guyle is connected to a series of broken windows occurring to Ottawa businesses over the last few months.
