GARNETT — Charles Christopher Taylor has been transferred to Wilson County. After he escaped a manhunt Tuesday near Greeley, he was arrested Thursday afternoon at the Allegiance Communications tower outside of Garnett. The Anderson County Sheriff’s Department said Taylor left the Anderson County jail for Fredonia Friday afternoon. He was arrested in connection with a sexual assault involving a 15-year-old Ottawa girl occurring near Fredonia.
