OTTAWA — A jury has been picked and a jury trial for a Wellsville man will begin this morning in Franklin County District Court. Roger Shaw, 51, is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the crash that killed motorcyclist Aaron Kichler, 21, Ottawa, near Wellsville last year. Shaw was cited for driving under the influence after the accident The trial is scheduled to take all week.
