OTTAWA — Ottawa Main Street director Brian Dennis updated Ottawa city commissioners about his and his group’s activities Monday. Commissioners said they’ve been pleased by Main Street’s growth and new vigor. The group’s success is important to help make the downtown stronger, said city manager Richard Nienstedt.
