A Housing Survey, sponsored by the Franklin County Development Council, has drawn some skepticism from an Ottawa City Commissioner. FCDC Executive Director, Paul Bean, announced that a Housing Survey will be done covering the I-35 Corridor, which includes Ottawa and Wellsville.
