The Ottawa Library has been a staple of the community for nearly a century. They have been in the basement of City Hall since 1996 and truth is, they have outgrown it. No room for programs, material or the demand for meeting space. In 2019 they formed a Building committee and began looking at spaces in Ottawa. Library Director, Terry Chartier says a property opened up that caught their eye… 228 West 15th Street:
