Memorial Day celebrations yesterday all across America, celebrated those who gave their lives in defense of our Great Nation and our way of life. At the Franklin County Veteran’s Memorial, Sheriff Jeff Richards, who was part of the Air Force Presidential Honor Guard for part of the time he was in the Service, told the crowd gathered, there is one thing we should honor:
The Ceremony featured a Presentation of the Colors by representatives of the American Legion, VFW and Vietnam Vets of America, as well as a Laying of a Wreath to honor all those who gave their lives ensuring our Country remains strong.
