The June first deadline to file for open positions in various City Council and school boards, saw a flurry of potential candidates to file to get their name on the Ballot in November. One of the most interesting races is going to be in the Ottawa City Commission. KOFO’s Jeff Brewer explains:
The USD 290 School Board race will be another interesting race, as five candidates filed for the three open seats. County Clerk ,Janet Paddock ,says there will be no Primary Election, so all the names will be on the Ballot.
