You can blame it on the trees for the power outage that took out part of Ottawa late Tuesday afternoon. Utilities Director, Dennis Tharp says a big limb that fell in the 700 block of Beech, caused a lot of trouble.
Tharp says the outage lasted about an hour before crews were able to restore everything.
