OTTAWA — The Ottawa Legislative Coffee is Saturday morning at 10 at city hall. Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce president Tom Weigand said that because of the heavy-duty issues facing Kansas this session, it would be a good idea to show up and hear the problems and offer suggestions for such issues as school finance, mental health and public employees. All legislators except Sen. Jeff King will attend, Weigand said.
