Dangerously cold wind chill factors will be cross our area the next couple days. This extreme cold cannot only be dangerous, but even deadly. Meteorologist Marcus Baily gives us some tips:
More tips: First, if you don’t have to be out… don’t be. Next, if you are out, dress in layers, wear a warm hat, a scarf, gloves, coat and a face mask if you are going to be out for more than just a few minutes as exposed skin will freeze in just a few minutes and lead to hypothermia and frostbite. BRING YOUR PETS INSIDE… they are cold also.
