If you have ever driven over the Osborne Terrace Bridge northwest of Ottawa, you know it is need of repair. Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee, says they are going to go one better, replace the entire bridge, he explains why:
Lee says it will go out for bid in April and the hope is to have it complete by the end of 2024.
