The Ottawa City Commission will hold it’s Weekly Study Session this afternoon. The agenda is light. One topic on the agenda is discussion of an ordinance establishing a Golf Course Advisory Board. The city recently purchased the Ottawa Country Club Golf Course. City Manager, Richard Nienstedt:
