OTTAWA — Ottawa-Franklin County Economic Development will soon send you a survey of what you think the county and local businesses should be doing to make Franklin County a better place. OFCED president Blaine Finch met with county commissioners Monday and he said there will be public meetings held in December for the newest strategic plan. A strategic plan is required by the state so the county can qualify for a variety of special economic grants and funds. Previous strategic plans and suggestions by the public have spurred improvements in fire protection and water availability.
