OTTAWA — Drivers Sports Café is closing. The owner announced this morning that tonight is the last night of business for the northern Ottawa restaurant, manager Brenda Callahan said. Employees weren’t told why Drivers was closing, Callahan said. Drivers had been in business about six years, she said. KOFO’s Bob Johnson, who hosts the popular weekly Kofo local sports talk show at Drivers, said the show will continue Wednesday as scheduled but at other locations to be worked out.
