POMONA — The West Franklin school board has scheduled three meetings to explain a proposed capital outlay tax levy the aboard adopted this week. The first meeting will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at West Franklin High School, Pomona. The second meeting will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Appanoose School. The third meeting will be 7 p.m. May 4 at Williamsburg School.The district will get the tax levy unless citizens in the district petition to have an election.
