OTTAWA – More than 400 Franklin County middle school students celebrated Earth Day today at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. The students learned about water, wildlife, recycling and reptiles. Students also toured the “Earth Ball,” a walk-through tour of a respresentation of the planet and included information about the Earth’s environment and climate.
