OTTAWA — If you don’t click it, you may get a ticket. Beginning today and through the end of May, Franklin County and Ottawa officers will make a point of watching for drivers and front-seat passengers who don’t wear seat belts, Sheriff’s Lt Jimmie Dean said. Officers will also make sure that children 14 and under are also properly secured in child-safety seats or seat belts, he said.
