OTTAWA — A burglar got the loot but also got the orange suit. Franklin county deputies caught the burglar in the act after He rifled a gun case at a house in the 3300 block of Iowa Terrace west of Ottawa Tuesday evening. Jaime Smith, 19, Pomona, got a fast trip to the Franklin County jail on suspicion of burglary, theft, and damage to property.
