GARNETT — Three Anderson County residents will go to Anderson County District Sourt July 21 in connection with a raid of a suspected methamphetamine lab in a house south of Bush City. Patricia Croan, 38, Kincaid; Jessica Owens, 27, Garnett; and Shawn Weers, 31, Kincaid; have been each been charged with one count of unlawfully manufacturing a controlled substance. Anderson and Coffey county officers raided the house April 14 and they said they found meth, drug paraphernalia and a partial lab. Two small children were taken from the house and were placed in the custody of the state. An elderly man was also taken from the house and sent to another daughter’s home in Kansas City.
