Republic County has confirmed its first case of H1N1 (Swine Flu). State health officials say a child contracted the virus, but offered no other details. So far 18 counties have cases of H1N1 a total of 109 cases in Kansas. The Highest totals have been in Geary County with 25 cases, and Riley County with 24.
