The Osage County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a suspicious death of a seventeen year old Osage City girl. At approximately 25 minutes after midnight Sunday morning the Osage county Sheriff’s Department received a call about an accident at 333rd street and Hoch road north of Lebo. When deputies arrived on the scene they found seventeen year old Cassandra R Morgan dead at the scene. Morgan was driving a grain truck that belonged to a Coffey County resident. The Sheriff’s Office is also investigating whether the vehicle was stolen.
