The Ottawa University Athletic Department picked up two awards last week. OU sports information director Katie Tooley earned the awards during the 2009 NAIA Sports Information Directors Association workshop held in San Antonio, Texas. Tooley’s work on a combined men’s and women’s basketball media guide finished fourth out of fifteen entries in the combined category and her work on the men’s and women’s soccer media guide finished fifth out of 43 entries. This is the second time in two years Tooley’s work was recognized.
