MOUND CITY — Linn County Sheriff Barry Walker has graduated from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center. Walker was among 49 graduates honored Friday at a ceremony at Hutchinson. State law requires all law officers to take training and most law officers in Kansas go through the training center’s program.
