KINCAID — A 49-year-old Piqua man was taken to the Kansas University Medical Center Saturday as a result of a one-vehicle accident near Kincaid. The Kansas Highway Patrol said John Tanner was driving his pickup east on K-31 near Kincaid when he ran off the road, overcorrected and ended up in the ditch.
