RICHMOND — A Richmond man who was injured in a traffic accident in Richmond Saturday afternoon died Monday morning. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said 47-year-old Michael Roberts was crossing the street in an electric wheelchair when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Charles Weber, 74, Williamsburg, in the 200 block of east Central in Richmond. Roberts was taken to a Kansas City hospital where he died, a friend said.
