OTTAWA — If you have a manufactured home, you’ll receive a questionnaire from county appraiser Philip Dudley in the next few days. Dudley said the questionnaire will ask you such things as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, roof materials, siding, heating, cooling, size, and age of your home. The state has ordered county appraisers to collect information about manufactured homes, he said. Dudley asks that you fill out the questionnaire and either mail, fax or e-mail it back to his office. Dudley’s phone number will be on the questionnaire if you wish to call. There’s a 14-day deadline to return the questionnaire.
